During the post lunch session, two panel discussions were held. The first panel discussion was on “women empowerment for a progressive society.  Ms Gloria F Berbena, Minister Counselor for Public Diplomacy,  Embassy of USA was the Key Speaker.  The other panelists were Shri Srinivasa Prabhu, Retired Joint Secretary, Lok Sabha and Shri J Rajiv Choudhry, Educationist.  Smt.
